A career driven individual whom can bring skill, creativity and experience to our kitchen, whilst also open to learning and development. Our Chef De Partie must have experience and expertise as a Pastry Chef and an ability to hold their own across all other kitchen sections.

Rae’s on Wategos is seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Groundskeeper. An independent and capable handyman in all things from landscaping, carpentry, painting and more. This individual carries expertise and initiative and can work independently, with an avid focus on the upkeep and maintenance of a clean, polished and effective work and guest environment. They are also committed to assisting in the pursuit of a positive guest experience, supporting the guest services team as required.

In support of the Restaurant Manager, this individual’s responsibilities include team management and the maintenance of efficient restaurant operations, its productivity, quality and customer-service standards. Our Assistant Restaurant Manager, whilst responsible in monitoring the overall success of the restaurant will have a focus on the restaurant’s breakfast and lunch services.
